This Refund Policy applies to Inzpira Edu Solutions Pvt Ltd and all the online portals, websites and platforms Inzpira operates.
Live Course refunds
Inzpira offers 100% refund if request is raised within 3 hours/sessions, before the commencement of the third hour/session or within ten days from the date of admission, whichever is earlier. For refund requests, kindly mail us at email@example.com.
Video Course refunds
As soon as the customer purchases the video course, fulfillment happens online and access is granted immediately. Hence we do not offer refunds to video courses.
Hybrid Course refunds
Inzpira offers 100% refund for live sessions that is part of the hybrid course if request is raised within 3 hours/sessions, before the commencement of the third hour/session or within ten days from the date of admission, whichever is earlier. For refund requests, kindly mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However we do not offer refunds for video courses hence the final refund amount will have the price of the video course deducted, if applicable.
All approved refund requests shall be processed within 48 hours of approval and will be refunded back to the source account or via the original mode of payment.
